Application

Water terminal coils are used to heat or cool the air on all or part of a supply network.
Connection by plugging into a circular duct (on a branch or on the entire installation as an accessory for a blowing box).

  • CWWC: hot water supply, circular connection Ø 100 to 500 mm, flow rate up to 3,500 m3/h, single skin or double skin version insulated with 50 mm mineral wool.
  • CWKC: cold or hot water supply for reversible use, circular connection Ø 100 to 400 mm, flow rate up to 2,700 m3/h, single skin or double skin version insulated with 50 mm mineral wool.

CWWC (hot water)
  • Magnelis® sheet metal box ZM 310, corrosion resistance C5.
  • Removable panel for full access for battery maintenance and decontamination.
  • Circular connection taps with class C seals.
  • 2 or 3 row copper tube heat exchanger, aluminum fins 2.5 mm pitch, maximum pressure 10 bars, maximum temperature 150°C.
  • Smooth connection tubes: 40 mm to be brazed.
  • Mounting in horizontal or vertical duct.
  • Sealing class C according to EN 15727.
  • Version with 50 mm mineral wool double skin insulation (except size 100):
    • Manhole for inspection and cleaning.

CWKC (cold and hot water if reversible)
  • Magnelis® sheet metal box ZM 310, corrosion resistance C5.
  • Removable panel for full access for battery maintenance and decontamination.
  • Circular connection taps with class C seals.
  • 3-row copper tube heat exchanger, aluminum fins 2.5 mm pitch, maximum pressure 10 bar, maximum temperature 150°C.
  • Recommendation: connection by olive-type quick coupling.
  • Stainless steel condensate collection tray.
  • Evacuation of condensates on the right in the direction of the air - gas connection 1/2''.
  • Smooth connection tubes on the discharge side on the left in the direction of the air: 40 mm to be brazed.
  • Horizontal duct mounting.
  • Sealing class C according to standard EN 15 727.
  • Insulation on the 3 non-accessible sides with 9 mm of reticulated polyolefin foam.
  • Version with 50 mm mineral wool double skin insulation (except size 100):
    • Manhole for inspection and cleaning.
