  • Aluminum zinc panel, double skin 45 mm, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg / m3-0.0246W / mk) fire classification B-S3, d0.
  • Black painted galvanized steel support feet.
  • Horizontal construction with rectangular in-line connection.
  • Access to filters, exchanger, coil, and fan from the main face.
  • Drain Ø1 / 2 for condensate evacuation.
  • Classification according to EN 1886: D1 / L3 / F7 / T3 / TB3
  • Air tightness according to standard EN13141-7:
    • External leaks: class A1
    • Internal leaks: class A2

Exchanger
  • Aluminum plate heat exchanger, counter current, high efficiency, low pressure drop.

Modulating motorized bypass
  • Delivered assembled, installed on the fresh air network.
  • By-pass 100% with shutter for closing the air passage on the exchanger when the bypass is open, to take full advantage of free cooling.
  • Single-phase, proportional 230V servo-motor.

Motorization
  • Freewheel type jet fans associated with an electronically commutated motor, ECM motor.
  • Motor with integrated electronic thermal protection.
  • Three-phase motor 400V 50 / 60Hz IP54 Class B.

Filters
  • M5 (ePM10 50%) during extraction.
  • F7 (ePM2.5 70%) on the introduction of fresh air.

Electric post-heating coil (DI)
  • Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
  • Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 50 ° C) and manual reset (set point 65 ° C).
  • Separate power supply, connection to a specific external box fitted with a proximity switch.

Hot water coil for water regime above 60/40 HT - High Temperature
  • 2-row coil, composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.

Hot water coil for water regime below 60/40 BT - Low Temperature
  • 2-row (size 80) or 3-row (size 130) coil, composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.

Electric antifreeze coil - DD
  • Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, avoids the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
  • Raised, wired and controlled by the regulation.
  • Separate power supply, connection to a specific external box fitted with a proximity switch.
  • Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 50 ° C) and manual reset (set point 65 ° C).
