Applications:

VMC double flow C4 with energy recovery for collective housing buildings and establishments open to the public (EHPAD, hotel residences, homes, sports halls).

Construction
  • Self-supporting construction in 50 mm double skin panels.
  • Insulation by rock wool th. 50 mm, density 40 kg / m³, thermal conductivity 0.037 W / (mk) (20/80 ° C) - Classification A1.
  • Exterior finishes in pre-painted, grained galvanized steel in dark gray RAL7024. Corrosion resistance RC3, UV resistance RUV3 according to EN 10169.
  • Z275 galvanized steel interior finishes.
  • Galvanized steel frame, height 100 mm, up to size 45, and 155 for sizes 56 and 80, drilling for fixing anti-vibration mounts or leveling feet.
  • Access doors to the main components on hinges and double seals. equipped with handles.
  • Central access panel to the screwed exchanger fitted with double seals and handles.

Exchanger

  • High efficiency air / air countercurrent heat exchanger made of aluminum for an operating temperature of up to 80 ° C.
  • Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
  • Double stainless steel condensate collection trays (on supply and discharge) and 32 diameter siphons.

Bypass 100%
  • Placed on the extract air controlled by a proportional servomotor, used for free cooling and smoke extraction mode. Bypass damper blades fitted with gaskets to ensure maximum tightness (Class 4 according to EN1751).

Motorization
  • Metal freewheel type jet fans associated with an electronically commutated motor, ECM motors.

Integrated antifreeze electric coil
