Construction
  • Box structure in extruded and anodized aluminum profile.
  • Double skin panels 50 mm.
  • Exterior prepainted steel type silicone heat-crosslinkable polyester (5μm primary + 20μm polyester).
  • Galvanized steel interior.
  • Thermal insulation by rock wool (Euroclass A1) thermal conductivity 0.035W / (mk), inserted between the sheets. Galvanized steel base.
  • Access doors to fans and filters fitted with hinges and handles.
  • Airtightness:
    • Internal: class 1 according to standard EN 13141-7.
    • External: class 2 according to standard EN 13141-7.
  • Classification EN 1886 D1 / L2 / F9 / T3 / TB3.
  • Condensate collection tray with Ø 20 mm drain.
  • By-pass 100% controlled by a proportional servomotor, used for free cooling and the antifreeze strategy of the exchanger.

Exchanger

Fan speed variation by 0-10 V signal

AC MODE - CONSTANT FLOW
Fan speeds defined according to a precise flow rate
- 3 maximum constant flow setpoints, input of values with reading on display.

Automatic variation of fan speed

- Flow automatically modulated in order to maintain a constant pressure value measured by an external probe (pressure probe as an accessory). - Multi-zone ventilation systems, associated with modulation of terminal airflows.


Regulation accessories:
  • HMI TACtouch 4.3 "touchscreen, IP20 for parameter setting, control, visualization.
  • SAT3: circuit with 2 relays for:
    • Pressure alarm signaling and "fan on" signal and / or circulator control and bypass status.
  • SAT MODBUS, allows the options below:

KWIN - Integrated electric preheating coil
  • Delivered fully pre-wired with regulation.
  • Accepts a temperature of -20 ° C at the intake for an internal temperature of 20 ° C, without risk of the exchanger freezing. With this battery, the standard antifreeze system, by unbalancing the flow rates, is automatically made inactive.
  • Includes: solid state relay for modulating the heating power, temperature probe, thermal protection with automatic reset (80 ° C) and manual reset (115 ° C).
KWOUT - Integrated electric post-heating coil
  • Delivered fully pre-wired, with regulation.
  • Controls the temperature of the blown air and therefore the comfort. Power of the electric coil regulated to reach the blowing set point temperature according to the air temperature at the exchanger outlet (allows to add up to + 10 ° C).
  • Includes: solid state relay for modulating the heating power, temperature probe, thermal protection with automatic reset (80 ° C) and manual reset (115 ° C).
NV - Integrated post-heating hot water coil
  • Delivered ready to be connected to the heating network, with complete regulation and motorized 3-way valve.
  • The regulation modulates the power of the coil to reach the blowing set point temperature according to the air temperature at the exchanger outlet (allows to add up to + 19 ° C with 90 ° / 70 ° water regime VS).
  • It comprises: an unassembled motorized 3-way valve
    (the electrical supply to the valve motor as well as its connection to the regulation are pre-wired in the factory), a temperature sensor to be mounted on the blowing duct.
