- VSA: high pressure motorized fans.
- VSBT: low pressure turrets.
- VSAT: high pressure turrets.
Construction
- Polypropylene scroll, UV resistant. For motorized fans: adjustable 6 positions. Standard position: 0 LG.
- Polypropylene forward impeller with aluminum hub embedded in polypropylene.
- Anti-corrosive gasket against the risk of gas leaks.
- Support chair:
- Nylon for sizes 14/20/23/24/25.
- Polypropylene for sizes 30/35.
- Galvanized steel 42 and special sizes.
- Turrets: polypropylene engine cover resistant to environmental factors.
Motorization
- IP 55 class F - S1 motor without thermal protection. Three-phase motors accept frequency variation (25-50 Hz), single-phase motors accept optional voltage variation.
- 1 single-phase speed 230V, 50Hz, 2, 4 or 6 poles.
- 1 three-phase speed 230 / 400V, 50Hz, 2, 4 or 6 poles up to 5.5kW.
- 1 three-phase speed 400 / 690V, 50Hz, 2, 4 or 6 poles from 7.5kW.
- 2 three-phase speeds 400V, 50Hz, independent windings 4/6 poles.
- 2 three-phase speeds 400V, 50Hz, 2/4 pole Dahlander winding.
Accessories
- RPSB - RPSA: anticorrosive accessory to adapt the rectangular flanged orifice to the circular piping. Thanks to the air flow throttle flap, it is possible to regulate the performance of the fan.
- RPRB - RPRA: RPSB - RPSA accessory without adjustment flange.
- TFSB - TFSA: Flange connection with inclined outlet fitted with a protective screen. Thanks to the air flow throttle flap, it is possible to regulate the performance of the fan. TEFB-TEFA flangeless version available.
- MSGX outlet non-return valve assembly: gravity-closing fins preventing air return to the fan.
- PVC CPMX motor cover intended to protect the motor against atmospheric agents.
- Drain on SCCX volute: circular expulsion sleeve for the discharge of condensate liquid and rainwater. Soldered directly to the fan casing.
- GTX flexible PVC sleeve: anticorrosive PVC accessory for connecting the suction / pressure port to the 160 mm long circular pipe.
- CMN rain cap: vertical PVC air outlet, fitted with a protective cap that prevents the entry of rain. It has a female interlocking end.
- Vertical discharge execution for RJVX turrets.
- Only single or adjustable circular flanged outlets are available for ATEX fans.
