Construction
- Square plate made of galvanized steel sheet stamped in one piece.
- High-efficiency, low-noise sickle-blade propeller, made of stamped galvanized steel sheet for diameters 200 mm to 355 mm and of aluminum sheet for diameters 400 mm to 800 mm.
- Dynamically balanced propeller/rotor assembly following ISO 1940.
- Air direction A: engine > propeller.
- Engine support made of electro-welded steel wires equipped as standard with a protective grille.
- The whole is protected from corrosion by cataphoresis and black polyester paint for corrosion class C3 environments.
- Stainless steel screws.
- Model 800 manufactured as standard without black polyester paint on the propeller/engine assembly.
- External rotor AC induction motor, IP44 (sizes 200 to 355) or IP54 (sizes 400 to 800), class F, integrated thermal protection PTO probe:
- 1 speed 2, 4 or 6 poles single-phase 230V, 50Hz with capacitor in the terminal box, controllable by voltage variation.
- 1 speed 2, 4, 6, 8 or 12 poles three-phase 400V, 50Hz or 230/400V
- (size 250), controllable by frequency variation.
- V-0 flame retardant terminal box according to UL 94 at the rear of the motor with PG-11 cable glands.
- Permissible relative humidity: 95 % maximum.
