Object : Information on the implementation of the new VIM ERP system

As part of the evolution of our information system, we are implementing a new SAP ERP as of November 2, 2026.

This evolution represents an important step in the development of our company to sustainably improve our processes and the quality of our services.
However, its implementation requires a transition period which may have temporary impacts on some of our activities.

1. Temporary suspension of certain services


From 23/10/26 to 16/11/26, The following services will be temporarily suspended. :

The e-commerce website, online orders

Customer account opening requests

Return requests

Exchanges under warranty

Order cancellations or modifications

2. Likely impact on delivery times

• The operations related to this transition may lead to temporary extension of delivery times, particularly in November.
• We therefore recommend that you anticipate your needs and orders as much as possible in order to limit the impact of this transition period.
• The sending of acknowledgments of receipt will be suspended during the transition period from 28/10/2026 to 06/11/2026
  
  
  

3. What remains unchanged: your business relationship

• Our sales teams remain fully mobilized during this period.
• Sales support and the preparation of quotes are not affected by this change.
