Regulations and management

Standard: flow variation by internal or remote potentiometer.
VAV (variable flow), CAV (constant flow), COP (constant pressure) mode regulation: integrated RMEC regulator with flow and pressure display, communicating ModBus RTU as standard.
ASR system extraction controlled by a CTA for introducing fresh air in professional kitchen air treatment.

Configurations

Interiors without roof: D right easement - G left easement.
Exterior with roof mounted: EXD right easement - EXG left easement.

Other modules

KPCA filtration module (M5 / F7 / F9 / Metallic / Activated carbon).
KFIL 2-stage filtration module.
KATH decontamination module: elimination of viruses and pollutants by athermal catalysis.

Construction

Modular structure in aluminum profile.
In-line construction, rectangular or circular connection.
Double skin panels equipped with peripheral seal:
- Exteriors in pre-painted galvanized steel, dark gray color RAL7024, corrosion resistance RC5, ultraviolet resistance RUV5 according to EN 10169.
- Interiors in Z275 galvanized steel.
Insulation with 25 mm thick glass wool, density 24 kg/m3.
- Thermal conductivity 0.035 W/(mk) (20°C).
- Fire classification A1 according to standard EN 13 501.1.
Freewheel reaction fan in galvanized steel sheet with ECM Mono 230V or Tri 400V motor depending on the size.
Switch mounted/wired.
Module delivered on feet (18 to 75) or chassis (95 to 200).

Optional 2-stage filtration

Metal pre-filter: FIME thickness 48 mm.
Pleated pre-filter: FIFI M5 ePM10 50% thickness 48 mm.
HPE FIFI F7 ePM1 55 Mini-Pleat Filters% or FIFI F9 ePM1 80% thickness 98 mm.

Registers (accessory)

Manual or motorized control.
Flow regulation.
Antifreeze protection for water batteries, mounted on the suction side.
Network closure in application of article CH38, mounted on blowing.
