Application

Compartmentalization of ERP (Establishments Receiving the Public) and IGH (High-Rise Buildings).
Actuated Safety Devices (DAS) self-controlled or remote-controlled, intended to restore the fire resistance characteristics of the walls or floors crossed by a conduit in the event of fire and to isolate the disaster area.
Use inside buildings.
Mounting possible in all positions.
Range of dampers that can be installed at a distance less than the minimum imposed by the European test standard, on vertical and horizontal walls (30 mm for circular dampers).

  • 6 sizes: Ø100 / Ø125/ Ø160/ Ø200/ Ø250/ Ø315 mm.
  • Flush mounting.
  • Control mechanisms:
    • MFUS: self-controlled single-trip mechanism by 72°C fuse.
    • UNIQ VD/VM FDCB: 24 or 48V release or break tripping with end contact and bipolar start of run as standard.
    • UNIQ VD/VM FDCB ME: triggering by emission or rupture 24 or 48V with end contact and bipolar start of run and reset motor.

Description
  • 72° C thermal fuse supplied.
  • Very low pressure drop (moving blade thin 20 mm with seal).
  • Sealing class C according to standard EN 1751 as standard across the entire range.
  • Control mechanism entirely out of the wall.
  • Galvanized steel tunnel, extended tunnel version lg. 500 mm: consult us.
  • Intumescent seal.
  • Positioning plate for easy assembly.
Simple self-controlled mechanism MFUS:
  • The damper closes automatically as soon as the temperature in the duct exceeds 72°C.
  • The reset of the valve is done manually.
UNIQ remote control mechanism:
  • The damper closes automatically as soon as the temperature in the duct exceeds 72°C.
  • The damper can also close by current emission (VD) or current failure (VM) in voltage 24 or 48V.
  • As standard, the mechanism will be delivered in current emission (VD), the passage to power failure on site will be done by switching a switch.
  • The UNIQ remote-controlled mechanism is equipped with FDCB bipolar end and start of stroke contacts as standard.
  • The resetting of the valve is done using a 9V battery (not supplied) to be inserted in the compartment provided for this purpose.
  • Remote resetting is possible by adding the ME-UNIQ resetting motor kit.
  • The ME reset motor can be delivered factory-assembled or supplied as a kit for on-site assembly.
  • The UNIQ VD/VM FDCB kit allows the simple MFUS mechanism to be replaced on site by the UNIQ remote-controlled mechanism.
