Construction

Double skin panel:
- Exterior: Alloy steel panels (Zn - Al - Mg) ZM310 for environments with corrosiveness C4 high durability or C5 medium durability, insulation thickness 25 mm of injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m3, 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0.
- Interior: Alloy steel panels (Zn - Al - Mg) ZM310, corrosion resistance C5.
Condensate tray with Ø 3/8'' Gas drain.
Access to the exchanger from below thanks to a removable panel.
Quick access to filters and fans from below via sliding hatches.

Motorization

Freewheel type reaction fan in composite material for size 500, metallic (incombustible A1 for size 800).
Low consumption ECM electronically commutated motor, single phase (230V-1-50/60 Hz) input 0...10V.

Interchange

High efficiency counter-current exchanger.
In aluminum.
Motorized bypass 100%, integrated into the unit, equipped with a 230V single-phase 3-point servo-motor controlled proportionally by adjusting the running time.
Airtightness according to standard EN 13141-7:
- Internal leakage: class A2; external leakage: class A1.

Filters

Fresh air blowing and stale air intake: FIFI F7 ePM1 55 mini-pleat filters% 373x230x25 mm for size 500 and 592x287x48 for size 800.

External electric battery type BATE R010
