Construction

Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile.
25 mm double skin panel in zinc magnesium ZM310, C5 corrosion resistance, injected polyurethane foam insulation (42 kg/m³ – 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
Vertical construction with connection on the top by circular connections equipped with seals.
Galvanized steel support feet painted black, height 100 mm. Drilling for fixing anti-vibration mounts, or leveling feet.
Access to filters, exchanger, coil and fan from the front.
Drain Ø1/2˝ for the evacuation of condensates.

Aluminum plate heat exchanger, counter current, high efficiency. Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
Motorized modulating bypass 100%, integrated into the unit on the proportionally controlled fresh air network, for free cooling or defrosting.

Motorization

Metal reaction freewheel type fan (incombustible A1).
ECM motor, 230V 50/60Hz, high efficiency on size 05 / 07 / 16 / 19.
ECM motor, tri 400V 50/60 Hz, high efficiency on size 30 and 43.
Control by 0…10V signal.

Electronic thermal protection.

Filters

Electric post-heating coil EI

Connected to the regulator, it regulates the temperature of the blown air.
Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).

Electric anti-freeze heater ED

Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, prevents the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
Mounted, wired and controlled by the regulation.
Separate power supply, connection to specific external box equipped with a proximity switch.
Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 65°C).

EC hot water coil

2 row water coil.
Composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.
Copper manifold.
Threaded connecting tube.
230V/24V 10VA transformer for 2V or 3V valve supply.
