Construction

25 mm double skin panel in zinc magnesium ZM310, corrosion resistance C5, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m³ – 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
Horizontal construction with in-line connection by circular tappings equipped with seals.
Possibility of adapting the position of the connections on site.
Sizes 03 to 15 equipped with corner suspension lugs, sizes 23 and 36 with a side suspension profile, size 58 with galvanized steel feet for floor mounting.
Access to filters, exchanger, coil and fan from the side.
Drain Ø1/2˝ for the evacuation of condensates.

Motorization

Metal reaction freewheel type fan (incombustible A1).
High efficiency ECM motor, 3-phase 400V 50/60Hz on size 36 and 58, 230V 50/60Hz on other sizes.
Control by 0…10V signal.
IP54 Class F on size 36, IP54 Class B on other sizes.
Electronic thermal protection.

exchanger

Aluminum plate heat exchanger, counter current, high efficiency. Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
Bypass 50% motorized, integrated into the unit on the fresh air network.
230V single-phase 3-point servomotor, drives proportionally by varying the running time.

Filters
