Construction
- Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile.
- 25 mm double skin panel in alloy steel (Zn - Al - Mg) ZM310 for environments with corrosiveness C4 medium durability or C5 low durability, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m3 – 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
- Vertical construction with connection on the top by circular tappings equipped with sealing joints.
- Support feet in galvanized steel painted black, height 100 mm. Drilling for fixing anti-vibration pads, or leveling feet.
- Access to filters, exchanger, battery and fan from the front.
- Ø1/2˝ purge for condensate drainage.
Interchange
- High efficiency counter-flow aluminum plate heat exchanger. Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
- Motorized modulating bypass 100%, integrated into the unit on the proportionally controlled fresh air network, for free cooling or defrosting.
Motorization
- Freewheel type fan with metal reaction (incombustible A1).
- ECM motor, 230V 50/60Hz, high efficiency on size 05 / 07 / 16 / 19.
- ECM motor, 400V 50/60 Hz three-phase, high efficiency on sizes 30 and 43.
- Control by 0…10V signal.
- CAD HR BASIC TOP E/EI/EC 05: IP44 Class B,
- CAD HR BASIC TOP E/EI/EC 07 - 16 - 19 - 30 - 43: IP54 Class B.
- Electronic thermal protection.
Filtration
- Fresh air blowing: FIFI F7 ePM1 55 mini-pleat filters%.
- Stale air intake: FIFI M5 ePM10 75 mini-pleat filters%.
EI post-heating electric battery
- Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
- Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).
ED antifreeze electric battery
- Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, prevents the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
- Assembled, wired and controlled by the regulator.
- Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 65°C).
EC hot water battery
- 2-row water battery.
- Composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.
- Copper collector.
- Threaded connecting tube.
- 230V/24V 10VA transformer for powering the 2V or 3V valve.
