Construction

Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile, rounded corners.
45 mm double skin panel in alloy steel (Zn - Al - Mg) ZM310 for environments with corrosiveness C4 medium durability or C5 low durability, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m3 – 0.0246W/mk) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
Vertical construction with in-line connection by circular tappings equipped with sealing joints.
Galvanized steel frame for floor mounting.
Possibility of adapting the position of certain tappings on site.
Access to filters, exchanger, battery and fan from the side.
Ø1/2˝ purge for condensate drainage.

Interchange

High efficiency counter-flow aluminum plate heat exchanger. Thermal efficiency up to 90%.
Motorized bypass 100%, integrated into the unit on the fresh air network.
230V single-phase 3-point servomotor controlled proportionally by adjusting the running time.

Motorization

Freewheel type fan with metal reaction (incombustible A1).
High efficiency ECM motor, 400V 50/60Hz on size 45, 230V 50/60Hz on other sizes.
Control by 0…10V signal.

EI post-heating electric battery

Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).

ED antifreeze electric battery

Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, prevents the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
Assembled, wired and controlled by the regulator.
Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).

ER2R and ER3R reversible hot/cold water battery

2-row (ER2R) or 3-row ER3R water battery.
Composed of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame.
Copper collector.
Threaded connecting tube.
Condensate outlet to be connected to a siphon when used in cold conditions.
230V/24V 10VA power supply for power supply of 2V or 3V valve, CO2 probe, fresh air register servomotor...
