Construction
  • Waterproofing class D according to standard EN 15727.
  • Circular ferrule and junction box made of Aluzinc treated steel.
  • IP44 protection rating.
  • Cut-to-size cable grommets.
  • Heating elements sheathed in 304 stainless steel.
  • TJK10K Sheath Probe (IP20)
  • Housing (IP20) equipped with an NTC10 ambient probe and a setpoint adjustment potentiometer: 0 to 30°C.

Functioning

  • Minimum speed = 1.5 m/s - Maximum speed = 10 m/s
  • Two possible operating modes:
  • Duct blowing temperature regulation.
  • Ambient temperature regulation with low and high temperature limitation at the blower (+15°C/+40°C).

Security

  • Airflow sensor for operation only when ventilation is present.
  • Two safety thermostats:
  • A thermostat with automatic reset to 50°C.
  • A thermostat with manual reset 100°C.
  • Power supply cut-off in case one of the safety thermostats is triggered:
  • directly via thermostats up to and including 3kW in Mono,
  • by an integrated contactor in other cases.
  • Auxiliary relay with NO contact + NC contact, allows the battery overheating information to be relayed to the CTA or GTC regulation.
  • Plan to link the operation of the electric battery to the operation of the ventilation system
  • Provide post-ventilation to ensure the pins cool down after the ventilation stops (accessory MCR1)
