Applications:

Remote-controlled Activated Safety Device (DAS) for mounting on the exterior vertical facade of the building:

- Intended for the supply of fresh air in low ventilation (VB) in ERP, collective housing (premises, stairwells and circulation) and high-rise buildings.

- Complies with NFS 61937-8 (300 cycles).

- Closed in waiting position and open in case of fire.

Remote-controlled Smoke and Heat Evacuation Device (DENFC) for mounting on the exterior vertical facade of the building:

- Intended for the evacuation of heat and smoke (VH) from buildings using natural smoke extraction.

- CE certified and benefits from the NF-DENFC marking (1,000 cycles).
- Closure point
- Closed in waiting position and open in case of fire.

Use in ventilation (10,000 cycles) prohibited with manual reset.

Dimensions LxH: 420x420 to 1600x1200.
Free surface up to 160 dm².
“Flap outward” type opening, by intrinsic energy (2 cylinders) following an electromagnetic trigger.
Electromagnetic tripping by 24 Vdc or 48 Vdc shunt or break coil and single-pole start/end of travel contacts (FDCU) factory-fitted. For products with a length greater than or equal to 1200 mm, two electromagnetic trip units are required.
Manual reset using a handle.
Interior cladding grilles (GFEF, GFEA) for an aesthetic interior finish when installed on a concrete wall.

Description

Chassis composed of the frame and a solid aluminum panel with its insulation which opens using 2 jacks.
Electromagnetic trigger as well as start/end of travel contacts integrated into the frame and panel profiles and therefore invisible when the EXUBAIE V2 is in the waiting position.
Frames, fixed or opening, composed of two profiles connected by polyamide strips crimped between the exterior and interior faces of the RPT (Thermal Break) frames.
Frame and panel opening made from aluminum profiles, which allows perfect integration into both concrete walls and joinery (wood, metal).
As standard, the central panel is made of insulated solid aluminum panel: 2 sheets 15/10 + 30 mm expanded polystyrene (EPS).
On request, it is possible to have standard double glazing (tempered insulation with a laminated face 4/10/33.2) or thermal double glazing (insulation 4/16 Ar/4 climaplus).

For installation in a masonry wall (concrete), it is strongly recommended to provide an accessory such as a flap and a joint cover to ensure a perfect finish.
