Applications:

Gradually controls the speed of a 230/400V or 400/690V three-phase 1-speed asynchronous motor from 15Hz to 50Hz.
Automatic flow rate modulation using an external sensor such as temperature, hygrometry, CO2, VOC, IAQ and presence sensor.
Control of a constant pressure fan with the addition of the VCHV external regulator.
Operating environment -20 to +40°C.

Description :

Frequency converter for three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor.
VFIK Mono: 230V 50/60Hz single-phase drive power supply + earth, 230V three-phase motor output.
VFIK Tri: 400V 50/60Hz three-phase drive power supply + earth, 400V three-phase motor output.
On/off + output frequency adjustment by control on the front.
Remote control option for control from another room.
Front display: access to parameters and indication of states and faults.
Configurable inputs and outputs:
- 1 analog input: 0-10Vdc signal, or 4-20mA.
- 1 analogue output: 0-10Vdc signal, or 4-20mA.
- Programmable logic inputs (start/stop, forced start, preset speed).
- Programmable relay output (fault detected, operation active, gas solenoid valve control): dry contact closure, maximum breaking capacity = 5A (resistive) at 250Vac/30Vdc - 1A (cos φ=0.5) at 250Vac.
- Outputs to power a remote potentiometer (10Vdc/10mA) or probe (24Vdc/100mA).
Integrated PI regulator.
Built-in overload and short-circuit protection (configurable).
Compatible with all TT, TN and IT neutral systems, integrated disconnectable RFI/EMC filter.
IP66 up to 22 kW inclusive, IP55 from 30 to 90 kW.
Communicating Modbus RTU RS485.
3 cable glands supplied assembled including one M25 multi-passage.
IE2 efficiency level to meet the ERP Electric Motors and Variable Speed Drives regulation n°1781/2019 applicable since 07/01/2021.
