1 E4000NG model: room measurement probe.

Description:
  • Principle of operation:
    • VOC sensor: semiconductor metal oxide (MOX) technology heated by a resistance. Oxidation of gases and vapors occurs and electrical resistance varies depending on the amount of molecules of organic compounds in contact. The spectrum of molecules to which this element is sensitive is very wide: cosmetic, hygiene, household products, glues, adhesives, solvents, tobacco ...
    • CO2 sensor: infrared measurement, single wavelength beam.
    • Humidity sensor: electronic capacitive sensor.
    • Depending on the concentration, a value between 0 and 10V is calculated for each criterion and the highest value of the 3 is applied. The relative humidity rate is only taken into account if RH> 75% (modifiable by ModBus only).
    • The minimum output value is 1V in order to ensure minimum ventilation of the room.
  • Sensitivity levels (selection by microswitch on the electronic board):
    • Standard buildings: VOC control between 1050 and 5450 µg / m3 and CO2 between 1350 and 2800 ppm.
    • HQE buildings: VOC control between 420 and 2200 µg / m3 and CO2 between 550 and 2000 ppm (factory setting).
  • Temperature measurement integrated into the probe: data accessible by Modbus only.
  • Air quality visualization by LED: 3 colors green / orange / red.
  • Automatic VOC and CO2 calibration.
  • Communicating Modbus RTU RS485.
  • VOC measurements tested in our laboratory on several types of pollutants: household product, hygiene product, solvent, glue, incense, tobacco.
