Application

Used to control an asynchronous AC single-phase fan and lighting from the front of the hood.
VORAX^® VARI can be integrated in the factory on our range of static hoods: VORAX^® CHEF / PREMIUM. It is used to control the remote extraction fan and the hood lighting.
VORAX^® VARI can be integrated in the factory into our range of dynamic hoods: VORAX^® CHEF G / PREMIUM G. It can control the incorporated exhaust fan and the hood lighting.

Description

IP67 polyester keypad with 3 7-segment displays + lighting operation LED perfectly integrated into the front of the hood.
Control box fixed to the roof outside the air flow and accessible from inside the hood for maintenance operations.
IP55 connection box in light gray self-extinguishing thermoset installed above the hood with cable glands. Provide a height of 100 mm above the hood for the installation of the box.
Junction cables and protection between the keypad and the box.
Integrated fan boost function, adjustable duration from 10min to 1 hour.
Input for remote control "start / stop" + "forced start maximum speed".
Configurable input for analog current / voltage / NTC / Pt1000 thermistor probe.
Motor output: 110-230Vac (adjustment at installation), for AC motor.
Lighting output that can be slaved to fan operation (configurable), or control of an ECM motor.
SELV 24Vdc output for external probe or sensor supply.
Output for "master / slave" operation (control of a second VAPZ or VRPZ drive).
Gas solenoid valve outlet.
In regulation mode, choice between setpoint by keyboard or external current or voltage signal.
Factory preset inputs / outputs.
Protection against overloads and short circuits by integrated fuse.
