Application

Indoor installation.
Offices, shops, education, health, leisure, accommodation, catering…
Filtration of dust, fine particles, VOCs, pollens, spores, bacteria, viruses including Sars-CoV-2.
Recycling operation, no action on the CO2 level or on the relative humidity.
Device complementary to a ventilation system with fresh air supply.
For premises up to 120m² on the basis of a renewal of 3 volumes/hour or 33 people maximum on the basis of 30 m³/h per person (minimum speeds recommended for non-ISO classified rooms).
For large spaces or heights greater than 3 m, provide several units.

Maximum flow rate of 1000 m³/h.

Functioning

The air in the room is sucked in at the top through the perforations and released at the bottom after filtration.
The device is equipped with a 3-speed switch (300 m³/h, 600 m³/h, 1000 m³/h) for adjusting the flow rate according to the size of the room and its occupancy.
The regulation maintains the constant flow rate despite the clogging of the filters.
A 2-position rotary switch is used to start and stop the unit.
Two indicator lights show when the power is on and when the filters are clogged (red = clogged, filters need to be changed).
Access to the filters via the top panel, on the rear face, locked by 2 1/4 turn locks.
Access to the fan through the bottom panel, on the rear face, secured by 2 Torx screws.

Construction

Structure in anodized aluminum profiles and black plastic corners.
Insulated panels in galvanized steel sheet painted RAL 7024.
25mm sound insulation.
H14 filter clamping system using knurled head screws to ensure sealing.
Supplied with 4 casters, 2 of which are braked.
Supplied with a 230V power cord with 2.5 m earthed socket, to be connected to the lower part of the appliance.

Filtration

FIFI F7 ePM1 55 mini-pleat pre-filter% 592 x 287 x 48 mm.
HEPA FIHE H14 terminal filter 610 x 305 x 150 mm (Efficiency 99.995 % according to EN 1822 standard).
Filters are supplied installed in the unit.

Motorization

Low-consumption ECM electronically commutated motor.
IP44, class B, single phase 230V, 50-60 Hz.
High performance jet fan.
The fan is protected by upstream and downstream grilles in accordance with NF EN 6024-1
