Application

Indoor installation.
Installation in false ceiling, vertically in cupboard / wall or visible suspended, with or without air distribution network.
Offices, shops, education, sanitary facilities, leisure, accommodation, catering ...
Filtration of dust, fine particles, VOCs, pollens, spores, bacteria, viruses including SARS-CoV-2.
Recycling operation, no action on the CO2 rate or on the relative humidity.
Complementary device to a ventilation system with fresh air supply.
For rooms from 30 to 580 m² on the basis of a renewal of 3 volumes / hour (minimum flow rates recommended for rooms not classified ISO).
For large spaces, plan several units.
Constant flow rate operation, adaptation of the flow rate according to the clogging of the filters (2 adjustable flow rates).

Size 2: H = 360 mm, flow rate from 200 to 1200 m3 / h.
Size 3: H = 410 mm, flow rate from 500 to 2300 m3 / h.
Size 5: H = 410 mm, flow rate from 1000 to 3600 m3 / h.
Size 8: H = 500 mm, flow rate from 1000 to 5200 m3 / h.

Left L or right R easement in the direction of the air.
G4 Filter + Fan + F7 / H14 modules delivered assembled.
Silent module SIL - L = 750 mm.
Suction and blowing plenums with or without grid.
Unit delivered with wired mounted control and touch control.

Construction

Frame in extruded aluminum profiles.
Kit for fixing the modules together.
Double skin panels in galvanized steel coated with RAL 9010 exterior.
Acoustic insulation by A1 glass wool thick. 25 mm, density 24 kg / m3.
Hinged doors for easy access to the control unit.

Motorization

High performance freewheeling jet fans.
Electronically protected single-phase or three-phase (size 8) direct-coupled ECM motors.

Regulation

CAV mode - constant flow
Modbus communicating regulation on RS 485 port or BACnet IP on TCP / IP port.
Automatic operation in constant flow CAV to be adjusted on site
Control of filter clogging.
ETD remote touch screen equipped with a 10 m cable, extendable up to 50 m.
