Applications:

Maintains constant air pressure by acting on the speed of a 1-speed, three-phase, 230/400V asynchronous motor.

VFTM PR mono: single-phase 230V 50 / 60Hz drive power supply + earth, 230V three-phase motor output.

VFTM PR tri: three-phase drive power supply 400V 50 / 60Hz + earth, three-phase motor output 400V.

Description

Frequency converter for three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor.
Incorporates a pressure sensor, self-supplied by the drive (range 90-300Pa for VFTM PR mono and 80-800Pa for VFTM PR tri).
Adjustment of the pressure setpoint by potentiometer on the front panel.
The motor output is continuously adjusted (PI regulation) according to the pressure measured in the aeraulic network; The set pressure setpoint is thus automatically respected regardless of changes in the network (fouling, etc.).
3-point padlockable switch-disconnector on the front (except on VFTM PR tri 5.5 and 7.5).
Front display: access to parameters and indication of states and faults.
Additional outputs available:
- 1 analog output: 0-10Vdc or 4-20mA for controlling a slave drive.
- 2 programmable dry contact outputs (fault, on, gas solenoid valve).
Incorporates configurable protection against overloads and short circuits.
Integrated RFI / EMC network filter for connection to TT or TN neutral system; on IT neutral mode, deactivate this filter.
Integrated Modbus communication.
Factory setting.
Electrical insulation: class 1.
Protection class IP55.
Operating environment: -10 to + 40 ° C (at 8kHz); other values consult us.
To be combined with fans fitted with a 230V / 400V three-phase 1-speed motor.
