Construction

Modular structure in aluminum profile.
In-line construction, rectangular or circular connection.
Double skin panels equipped with peripheral seal.
Exterior in pre-painted galvanized steel, dark gray color RAL7024, corrosion resistance C5, ultraviolet resistance RUV5 according to EN 10169. Interior in galvanized steel Z275.
Insulation with glass wool, thickness 25 mm, density 24 kg/m³.
- Thermal conductivity 0.035 W/(mk) (20°C).
- Fire classification A1 according to standard EN 13 501.1.
Metallic freewheel type reaction fan (incombustible A1). ECM Mono 230V or Tri 400V motor depending on the size.
Switch mounted/wired.
Module delivered on feet (18 to 75) or chassis (95 to 120).

KB Battery Modules
KBEI - Electric battery module

304L stainless steel resistors.
Safety thermostats: one thermostat with automatic reset at 85°C, one thermostat with manual reset at 120°C.
Anti-radiation screen, air inlet side.
Pulse train control.
Post-ventilation.
Separate 400V three-phase power supply with proximity switch.

KBEC - Hot water battery module

2 or 4 row battery, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connection tubes.
Right or left connection in the direction of air flow.
Frost protection by contact probe.
Battery(ies) mounted on slide accessible via side hatch.

KBER - Cold or reversible water battery module

ER cold or hot water batteries.
4-row battery, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connection tubes.
Right or left connection in the direction of air flow.
Change-over thermostat.
Frost protection by contact probe.
Battery(ies) mounted on slide accessible via side hatch.
Stainless steel condensate tray and droplet separator.

Silent module
KSIL - Acoustic baffle module

Baffles thickness 200 mm.
Rock wool 50kg/m³ protected by an anti-fiberglass veil.
Fire classification A1.
Kitchen option:
- M0 (A1) expanded metal protection to facilitate cleaning and maintain acoustic performance.
