Construction
- Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile, rounded corners,
- 25 mm double skin panel in alloy steel (Zn - Al - Mg) ZM310 for environments with corrosiveness C4 medium durability or C5 low durability, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg/m3 – 0.0246W/m,k) fire classification B-S2, d0 (M1).
- Horizontal construction with in-line connection by circular tappings equipped with sealing joints:
- 4 fixing brackets provided for mounting in false ceiling or on chair,
- possibility of adapting the position of the tappings on site.
- Access to filters, exchanger, battery and fan from the side.
- Ø1/2˝ purge for condensate drainage.
Interchange
- Aluminum plate heat exchanger, counter-flow, high efficiency, thermal efficiency up to 90%.
- Motorized bypass 100%, integrated into the unit on the fresh air network.
- 230V single-phase 3-point servomotor controlled proportionally by adjusting the running time.
Motorization
- Freewheel type fan with metal reaction (incombustible A1).
- ECM motor, 230V 50/60Hz, high efficiency.
- Control by 0…10V signal.
- Waterproofing class: size 07 = IP44 class B, other sizes IP54 Class B
- Electronic thermal protection.
Filtration
- Fresh air blowing: FIFI F7 ePM1 70 mini-pleat filters%.
- Stale air intake: FIFI M5 ePM10 50 mini-pleat filters%.
EI electric battery
- Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
- Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 55°C) and manual reset (set point 70°C).
ER hot/cold reversible water battery
- 2-row water battery on sizes 07 and 34, 4 rows on other sizes.
- In copper tubes with aluminum fins on galvanized steel frame.
- Copper collector. Threaded connection tube.
- 1/2" condensate outlet to connect to a siphon when used in cold conditions.
- 230V/24V 10VA transformer for powering the 2V or 3V valve.
