Construction
- Interchangeable galvanized steel sheet panels.
- Modular structure in aluminum profiles.
- 4 fixing legs.
- Connection by 2 smooth KUBZ12 flanges included, interchangeable.
- Galvanized steel reaction turbine, mounted in direct coupling with the engine.
- Access to the interior for cleaning and maintenance without uncoupling the housing.
Motorization
- AC motor, class H, optional PTO thermal protection:
- 1 speed single phase 230V, 50Hz, IP55, 4 or 6 poles.
- Accepts speed variation by voltage variator, or by single-phase/single-phase frequency variator (VFIK Mono/mono).
- AC B5 motor, class F, optional PTO thermal protection outside the air flow:
- Three-phase 230/400V 50Hz 1 speed 4-6-8 poles IE2 or IE3 accepts speed variation by frequency variator.
- Three-phase 400V 50Hz 2 speeds, 4/6, 4/8, 6/8 or 6/12 poles, Dahlander or independent windings.
Factory-fitted and approved F400 120 electrical equipment
- INTZ : padlockable proximity switch with 2 auxiliary contacts (1 NO and 1 NC).
- BDEZ : 20-300 Pa pressure switch fitted, not air-connected, to be adjusted on site.
- Single-phase/single-phase frequency inverter:
- Linearly controls the speed of a 230V single-phase 1-speed asynchronous motor from 15Hz to 50Hz.
- Single-phase 230V 50/60Hz inverter power supply, single-phase 230V 50Hz output.
- Available in IP20 or IP66 version.
- Caliber 7A.
- PILOTAIR® : relay box
For certain calibers, the box can be supplied mounted wired on the engine hood, protected by a visor
For all calibers it can be supplied as an accessory or simply wired.
F400 120 Approved Installation Accessories
- KUBZ 14 - Kitchen option
- Reinforced sealing with grease resistant gasket.
- Drain purge supplied not fitted.
- Double skin not insulated.
- KUBZ 09 - Double skin insulated 25 mm rock wool M0.
- KUBZ 10 - Manual flow adjustment shutter
- Positioned at the discharge. Allows the flow rate to be reduced (between 5% and 30%) and adjust the operating point.
- KUBZ 16 - Pressure relief flap to be mounted on the discharge
Ensures good water and air tightness when the box is stopped.
Accessory for horizontal shaft motor housing. - KUBZ 17 - Pressure relief flap to be mounted on the discharge
Ensures good water and air tightness when the box is stopped.
Accessory for vertical shaft motor housing. F400 120 approved.
