Turrets (up to size 30).

8 sizes:

Motor fans: VSA 20 / 25 / 30 and VSB 20 / 25 / 30 / 35 / 42
Turrets: VSAT 20 / 25 and VSBT 20 / 25 / 30

Flow rates from 100 to 7,000 m3/h.
2 standard pressure ranges for each model:

VSB: low pressure motor fans.
VSA: high pressure motor fans.
VSBT: low pressure turrets.
VSAT: high pressure turrets.

Construction

Polypropylene volute, UV resistant, stainless steel screws. For motor fans: adjustable to 6 positions. Standard position: 0 LG.
Statically and dynamically balanced action impeller, made of polypropylene with aluminum hub embedded in polypropylene.
Rectangular flange discharge, optionally circular. Anti-corrosion seal against the risk of gas leakage.
Support chair with stainless steel screws:
- Nylon for sizes 20/25.
- Polypropylene for sizes 30/35.
- Galvanized steel 42.
Turrets: polypropylene engine cover resistant to environmental factors.

Motorization

ECM engine with on-board controller:
- Single-phase power supply 230V 50/60Hz up to and including size 30,
- Three-phase power supply 400V 50/60Hz in sizes 35 and 42.
ModBus communication on RS485 port, communication software provided.

Accessories

RPSB - RPSA: anti-corrosive accessory to adapt the rectangular flanged port to the circular pipe. Thanks to the air flow throttle flap, it is possible to regulate the fan performance.
RPRB - RPRA: RPSB - RPSA accessory without adjustment flange.
TFSB - TFSA: Flange connection with inclined outlet equipped with a protective mesh. Thanks to the air flow throttle flap, it is possible to regulate the fan performance. Flangeless version TEFB-TEFA available.
MSGX outlet check valve assembly: gravity-closing fins prevent air from returning to the fan.
CPMX PVC engine cover designed to protect the engine against atmospheric agents.
SCCX Volute Drain: Circular expulsion sleeve for the discharge of condensation liquid and rainwater. Welded directly onto the fan volute.
GTX PVC flexible sleeve: anti-corrosive PVC accessory for connecting the suction/discharge port to the circular pipe of length 160 mm.
CMN rain cap: vertical PVC air outlet, fitted with a protective cap that prevents rain from entering. It has a female fitting end.
Vertical discharge execution for RJVX turrets.
