Application

Treatment of odors in exhaust air discharge in professional kitchens with low to medium grease production.
Treatment of odors in the air extracted in professional kitchens in addition to purification by UVC system or by electrostatic filtration.
Purification of air extracted from household waste storage rooms, dry cleaners, funeral parlors, etc.
Purification of fresh air for premises located in polluted areas.
Complementary module to the KSEF ECOWATT^® ventilation module.
Can be integrated into all networks in addition to KCTR / KDT / KUBAIR / TED type extraction fans.

Construction

Line construction, rectangular connections.
Modular structure in aluminum profile.
Double skin panels equipped with peripheral seal.
Glass wool insulation th. 25mm, density 24kg/m³ :
- Thermal conductivity 0.035 W/(mk) at 20°C.
- A1 fire classification according to standard EN 13 501.1.
Exterior finish pre-lacquered galvanized steel color dark gray RAL7024, C5 corrosion resistance, RUV3 ultraviolet resistance according to EN 10169.
Z275 galvanized steel interior finish.
Double slot for receiving flat filters 48 and 96 mm thick, filters optional.
FICA activated carbon cartridges mounted on removable support.
Two BDEZ pressure switches: control of the pressure drop of the double filtration stage and control of the pressure drop of the FICA cartridges.
Hatches or access doors depending on size, fitted with quarter-turn locks and recessed handles.
Casing delivered on feet from size 18 to 75 or on frame from size 95 to 200.
Junction elements for assembly with a KSEF ECOWATT fan module^®.

Pre-filtration (optional)

Stage 1, thickness 48 mm:
- FIFI M5 ePM10 75%, mini-pleat filter, galvanized steel frame.
- FIFI ME, stainless steel trimetal filter, stainless steel frame.
Tier 2, thickness 96 mm:
- FIFI F7 ePM1 55%, mini-pleat filter, galvanized steel frame.
- FIFI F9 ePM1 80%, mini-pleat filter, galvanized steel frame.

Activated carbon filtration

FICA: activated carbon cartridges, diameter 160 mm, length 400 mm.
Cartridges made of galvanized steel.
Refillable cartridges, unit capacity of activated carbon 3 kg.
Fixing by quarter-turn system on removable plate, mounted on slide.
Maximum temperature 40°C, Maximum relative humidity 70 %.
