- SIL BS+: standard version.
- SIL BD+: enhanced protection.
- SIL RBS+: incorporating SIL BS+ baffles.
- SIL RBD+: incorporating SIL BD+ baffles.
SIL BS+ and SIL BD+
- Soundproofing in single-piece glass wool panel, non-hydrophilic, 24 kg/m3, A2-S1-D0 (M0).
- SIL BS+: protection of the soundproofing in anti-fibering glass veil on both sides, allowing a speed in the airways of 14 m/s to be reached.
- Aerodynamic frame with rounded profile made of Z275 galvanized steel sheet reinforced by thickness grooving:
- 0.6 or 0.8 mm for SIL BS+ (depending on baffle thickness).
- 0.8 mm for SIL BD+.
- Standard dimensions:
- length: from 300 to 2,400 mm,
- height: from 300 to 1,800 mm,
- thickness: 50/ 100/ 200 or 300 mm (SIL BS+ or SIL BD+).
- SIL BD+: expanded metal protection (0.8 mm thick) providing excellent resistance over time and high air flow speeds of up to 20 m/s.
SIL RBS+ and SIL RBD+
- Z275 galvanized steel box.
- Number and type of baffles: SIL BS+, SIL BD+, or other depends on the desired performance and applications.
- Mounting the baffles in the boxes by riveting.
- Flanges for connecting the boxes to the networks, width 30 mm with holes of diameter 13 mm in each corner.
