Application
Remote-controlled Safety Activated Device (SAD) for mounting on the building's external vertical facade:

- Intended for fresh air supply in low-level ventilation (VB) in ERP, collective housing (premises, stairwells and circulation) and IGH.
- Complies with NFS 61937-8 (300 cycles).
- Closed in standby position and open in case of fire.

Not for use in ventilation and heat/smoke evacuation (VH).

Thermal insulation version as standard.

The interior trim grilles: GFOU, GAOU, GPOU provide a homogeneous aesthetic with the shutter trim grilles from the AVANTAGE range.

Construction

Frame made of RAL 9006 colored aluminum profile.
Infill panel in XPS (extruded polystyrene) 18 mm thick, held between 2 sheets of 1 mm thick aluminum.
Panel opening: “exterior flap” with the hinges upwards.
Articulation of the panel made by two steel hinges invisible from the outside.
Facade opening with insulated panel held in waiting position by electromagnetic coil.
Opening by oleo-pneumatic spring of the leaf and maintaining the safety position.
The leaf opens at an angle of approximately 60°.
Manual reset by handle.
Single-pole (FDCU) or two-pole (FDCB) start and end of travel position contact.
Specific RAL colors available on request.

Facility

Mounting in the lower part (VB).
Use of pre-frame highly recommended.
Horizontal panel opening installation only.
In accordance with NF S 61937-7, the device to be handled for rearming must be located at a height less than 2.50 m from the ground.

The openings coded in the PRICE have no option

The order must be accompanied by:
- A 24 or 48V trigger coil with emission or rupture: choice of VD24 or VM24 or VD48 or VM48.
- Unipolar or bipolar end and start of stroke position contact: FDCU or FDCB option.

Covering grid GFOU, GAOU, GPOU

Dimensions WxH: 350x385 to 1100x1105 mm.
Free surface greater than 90%.
GFOU : Fixed core grille – welded to frame.
GAOU : Removable core grille – spring system.
GPOU : Removable core grille - spring system with firefighter's square safety lock.
RAL color painted finish: contact us.
Frame with rounded shapes and fin in natural-colored anodized aluminum.
Fixing the grille frame directly to the masonry wall using 4 screws (Ø3.5 mm) not supplied. The mounting holes are located on the interior fold return.
Fins with a rounded profile inclined at 45° - crimped onto aluminum tubes at the rear of the grille.
