Description

Indoor or outdoor installation: IP55 enclosure.
Reinforced polycarbonate case.
Fixing kit and cable glands supplied.
50Hz or 60Hz frequency power supply.
Control panel with manual safety command and box status signaling LED: standby, safety, fault.
Last generation and tropicalized micro-controller electronic card: optimized size and guaranteed reliability over time in humid environments.
Display on the electronic card for status signaling (waiting or safety) + fault detected.
Remote control inputs:
- Control voltage of 12 or 24 or 48Vd.c. current shunt (breakage prohibited in accordance with NF537 standard).
- Non-polarized - no risk of inversion when connecting.
- Galvanically isolated.
Easy access to the power components and remote control terminal blocks, quick connection type spring terminals for the electronic card terminal blocks and the contactors.
3-point padlockable INTZ switch-disconnector option integrated into the front of the enclosure.
Three BDEZ pressure switches available according to the adjustable pressure range:
- Id2 = 20 to 300 Pa
- Id =100 to 1000 Pa
- ID = 1000 to 5000 Pa
Vibration tested.
Tested with generator power.
Compatible with all CMSIs on the market.

Control/support

Checking the voltage presence of the power supply network.
Control of the order of the phases of the supply network (in three-phase version).
Checking the insulation of the connected motor.
Simulation push-buttons for rearmament and fireman's stop orders to help with commissioning.
Electronic card fitted with a specific output allowing our after-sales service to consult the event log for a complete diagnosis of the installation.

Display/store

Box status indicator LED (waiting, safety, fault): display without opening the cover of the box.
Digital display integrated into the electronic card indicating the status of the box (standby or security) and the following states/faults:
- Mains supply problem, phase failure or too low voltage,
- Incorrect order of the phases (in three-phase version),
- Motor insulation too low,
- Fireman's stop command active,
- INTZ proximity switch open,
- Manual safety control activated,
Storage of the last 6 faults detected.
Memorization of the last position of the box during a power cut in the power circuit.
