Description

Indoor or outdoor installation: IP55 box.
Reinforced polycarbonate housing.
Fixing kit and cable glands supplied.
Power supply at 50Hz or 60Hz frequency.
Control panel with manual safety control and LED indicator for box status: standby, safety, fault.
Latest generation, tropicalized microcontroller electronic card: optimized size and guaranteed reliability over time in humid environments.
Display on the electronic card for status signaling (waiting or safety) + fault detected.
Remote control inputs:
Control voltage of 12 or 24 or 48Vd.c. with current emission (breakage prohibited in accordance with the NF537 standard).
Non-polarized - no risk of inversion when connecting.
Galvanically isolated.
Easy access to power components and remote control terminals, quick connection type spring terminals for the terminals of the electronic card and the contactors.
INTZ 3-point padlockable switch-disconnector option integrated into the front of the cabinet.
Three BDEZ pressure switches available depending on the pressure range
adjustable:
- Id2 = 20 to 300 Pa
- Id =100 to 1000 Pa
- ID = 1000 to 5000 Pa
Vibration resistance tested.
Tested with generator power supply.

Checking the presence of power supply network voltage.
Control of the phase order of the power supply network (in three-phase version).
Checking the insulation of the connected motor.
Push buttons for simulating rearmament and fire stop orders to assist with commissioning.
Electronic card equipped with a specific output allowing our after-sales service to consult the event log for a complete diagnosis of the installation.

Display/memorization

LED indicator for box status (waiting, safety, fault): display without opening the box cover.
Digital display integrated into the electronic card indicating the status of the box (standby or safety) and the following states/faults:
- Network power supply problem, phase failure or voltage too low,
- Wrong phase order (in three-phase version),
- Engine insulation too weak,
- Firefighter stop command active,
- INTZ proximity switch open,
- Manual safety control activated,
Memorization of the last 6 faults detected.
Memorization of the last position of the box during a power circuit power cut.
