JBRB ECOWATT® PM: Modbus communicator.
JBRB ECOWATT® PM SIGFOX: Sigfox communicator.

Available layouts:
  • L: online.
  • M: modular, supplied with a cap for 1 or 2 suctions at 90°.
  • D: 180° double suction.
Horizontal or vertical discharge version.
Insulated version: acoustic insulation by 25 mm A2-s1, d0 (M0) glass wool, in double skin panels.


Options - Corrosion treatment

Construction
  • Casing in Z275 galvanized sheet steel fitted with 4 fixing lugs (size 04 to 38) or 2 transverse omega (sizes 48 to 92).
  • Lifting by 2 steel legs or by slinging through the omega.
  • Connection spur with class D seals. Vertical discharge version delivered without connection spur (flat spigot with PAPV seal to be fitted as an option with self-drilling screws).
  • Direct coupling.
  • INTZ: mounted/wired padlockable proximity switch.
  • High performance reaction turbine in galvanized steel.
  • Lid equipped with 2 or 4 handles, removable without tools to guarantee easy access to the inside of the box for cleaning.
  • Horizontal or vertical discharge version.
  • IS version: Acoustic insulation by 25 mm M0 or A2-s1, d0 glass wool in double skin panels.
Motorization
  • Electronically Commutated Engine ECM out of airflow:
    • 04 to 22: IP44 class B single-phase 230V, 50Hz.
    • 30, 38, 48, 70, 82: IP54, class F, single phase 230V, 50Hz.
    • 30, 38, 48, 70, 92: IP 54, class F, three-phase 400V, 50Hz.
  • Thermal protection managed by electronics and approved for C4 operation.

Regulation - RMEC
  • Reverse pressure operation - rising curve.
  • Regulator settings with values from our OPTAIR VMC sizing software and specific to each site:
    • Minimum flow of the installation,
    • minimum pressure of the installation,
    • Maximum flow rate of the installation,
    • Maximum system pressure.
  • An algorithm automatically calculates the rising flow-pressure curve of the casing adapted to the installation.
  • Permanent adaptation of the motor speed to the needs of the installation.
  • By default, the minimum pressure is set to the minimum value of 95 Pa and the maximum pressure value to a value of 160 Pa. Regulation box, IP55, fitted and wired in the factory.
  • Backlit LCD display, with function keys on the front, optional remote control.
    • Clear display of the measurement (pressure, flow) and of the set point set.
  • Integrated ventilation fault indication: dry contact available on the RMEC terminal block (breaking capacity at 230Vac: 3A resistive).

Communication
JBRB ECOWATT® PM
  • ModBus RTU communication as standard.

JBRB ECOWATT® PM SIGFOX: see IoT connected products
  • SIGFOX network, very low speed and very long range cellular wireless network with national coverage.
  • Allows collective VMC installation supervision.
  • Economical alternative technology to wired / 3G solutions for monitoring or remote reading.
  • Additional card integrated into the RMEC to upload data on the SIGFOX radio network:
    • average, minimum and maximum pressure of the installation,
    • average, minimum and maximum flow of the installation,
    • signal sent in the event of a power failure,
    • signal sent in the event of power return,
    • alarm on pressure threshold and minimum flow.
