In accordance with the health rules for the protection of its employees and containment measures, VIM has implemented teleworking when possible and significantly reduced the number of employees required to go to its production and shipping site.
We are nevertheless able ensure the continuity of most of our operations including production :
- Quotes or orders : contact in priority the Itinerant technical and sales representatives by email or on their cellphones between 8h00 and 12h00
- Follow-up of orders and deliveries: please confirm us precisely the orders that you are actually able to receive
Given the closure of some suppliers, some items may be missing and transport times are sometimes lengthened.
- E-commerce orders: deliveries of insured orders for equipment held in stock
- Commissioning and assembly on site: please contact Mr. Sannicolo jmsannicolo@vim.fr to reset the dates of services
