Construction
- Rolled steel body welded to a thick base, treated with hot-dip galvanization according to EN 1461.
- Chimney made of rolled and welded steel, protected by gray epoxy paint.
- Backflow protection grid.
- Suction connection flange.
- Non-return valve on discharge to prevent drafts and the introduction of rainwater when the fan is stopped. Peripheral sealing gasket under the flap.
- Propeller with injected aluminum blades, dynamically balanced according to ISO 14694: G6.3. Mounted on a steel hub. Direct coupling of the propeller to the engine.
- Air direction A: engine > propeller.
- Suitable for Corrosion class C3 environments.
Motorization
- 1-speed three-phase 4-pole AC motor, IP55, class H, 230/400V 50Hz up to 3kW and 400V 50Hz for higher powers. S1 and S2 services, without thermal protection. 1-speed motors by default
- Proximity switch IP65 mounted, wired and padlockable, with position contact. The switch rating includes the safety coefficient of 1.5.
- Single-speed three-phase motors accept speed variation by frequency variation.
