Construction
- Ferrule:
- sizes 315 to 710 in KTL cataphoresis treated steel.
- sizes 800 to 1000 in rolled and welded steel, protected by gray epoxy paint.
- Base and anti-bird mesh in galvanized Z275 steel.
- Horizontal jet cap in embossed aluminum sheet, with lifting rings.
- Dynamically balanced propeller according to ISO 1940 made of fiberglass reinforced thermoplastic material for models 315 to 400, and with aluminum hub and plastic blades for larger sizes.
- Terminal box fixed to the outside of the shell for sizes 315 to 630, on the motor for sizes 710 to 1000. Standard cable.
Motorization
- AC motors with greased-for-life bearings:
- IP 65 with PTO thermal protection in sizes 315 to 710,
- IP 55 without thermal protection in sizes 800 to 1000.
- 1-speed single-phase AC motor, 4 or 6 poles, 230V, 50Hz, class F, capacitor in the motor terminal box, variable voltage according to characteristics.
- 1-speed three-phase AC motor 4, 6 or 8 poles, 230/400V or 400V, 50Hz, class F, variable frequency.
- 4/8 pole dual-speed AC motors for diameters 400 to 710, contact us.
Option
- Slate grey Teflon paint suitable for corrosion class C4 environments.
- Stainless steel version: contact us.
