Vertical construction (V) control cabinet on the left in the direction of the fresh air (G).
Connection of the ducts in line with the position of certain connections configurable on site.
EVO regulation with remote control.
EVOD regulation with remote control, communicating Modbus: connection on the regulation card in RS485 or TCP / IP to the BMS.
Webserver application on TCP / IP port.
Multi-speed operation by remote control or external 0-10V signal.
By-pass 100%.

Construction
  • Self-supporting structure in extruded aluminum profile.
  • Aluminum zinc panel, 25 mm double skin, insulation by injected polyurethane foam (42 kg / m3-0.0246W / m, k) fire classification B-S3, d0 (M1).
  • Black painted galvanized steel support feet.
  • Vertical construction with in-line connection by circular taps fitted with a seal. Possibility of adapting certain taps on site.
  • Access to filters, exchanger, coil, and fan from the side.
  • Ø1 / 2 '' drain for condensate evacuation.

Exchanger
  • Aluminum plate heat exchanger, counter current, high efficiency, low pressure drop.

Motorized bypass
  • Delivered assembled, installed on the fresh air network.
  • By-pass 100% with shutter for closing the air passage on the exchanger when the bypass is open, to take full advantage of free cooling.
  • 230V single-phase, all-or-nothing servo-motor.

Motorization
  • Double inlet fans, forward turbine, built-in motor, mounted IP 55 electrical box.
  • AC motor with integrated thermal protection:
    • CAD HR FIRST 04/07: 4 speeds, single phase 230V, 50Hz, IP 20 class F
    • CAD HR FIRST : 3 speeds, single phase 230V, 50Hz, IP 20 class F
    • CAD HR FIRST 33: 3 speeds, single phase 230V, 50Hz, IP 20 class B

Filters
  • M5 (ePM10 50%) during extraction.
  • F7 (ePM1 70%) on the introduction of fresh air.

DI post heating electric coil
  • Connected to the regulation, it allows the temperature of the blown air to be regulated.
  • Equipped with safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 50 ° C) and manual reset (set point 65 ° C).

DC hot water coil
  • 2-row coil, made up of copper tubes with aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame, copper manifold, threaded connection tube.

DD antifreeze electric heater
  • Placed on the fresh air before the exchanger, avoids the risk of freezing on the exchanger.
  • Raised, wired and controlled by the regulation.
  • Separate power supply, connection to a specific external box fitted with a proximity switch.
  • Safety thermostat with automatic reset (set point 50 ° C) and manual reset (set point 65 ° C).
