Principle of operation:
VAV – Ventilation / Air Quality
  • The system makes it possible to precisely adapt the fresh air flow according to a CO2 measurement (proportional) or a presence detector (all or little).
  • Depending on the output signal, the flow rate adjusts between precisely set minimum and maximum values.
  • A differential pressure regulator is used to detect pressure changes in the duct and to adjust the position of the damper so that the set flow rate is maintained.
  • Pressure fluctuations therefore have no effect on the air quality of the room.

VAV – Heating / Air Conditioning
  • The heat input is ensured in whole or in part by the air vector.
  • The system makes it possible to precisely adapt the air flow between a minimum and a maximum according to the load thanks to a regulation in cascade.
  • A room thermostat (regulator) sends a signal C representative of the difference setpoint B / temperature measurement A to the regulator of the servomotor to deliver the necessary flow.
  • A differential pressure regulator makes it possible to detect changes in pressure in duct D and to adjust the position of the flap so that the set flow rate E is maintained.
  • Pressure fluctuations therefore have no effect on the room temperature.
