Construction
- Single-block box made of Z275 galvanized steel sheet, completely removable.
- Removable side panels on both sides for easy access.
- KSHA double-inlet turbine with dynamically balanced galvanized steel action, reduced size, high flow rate.
- KSHR double-inlet reaction turbine in painted galvanized steel, dynamically balanced, medium pressure, flow stability, insensitive to fouling.
- Motor turbine mounted on a thick folded longitudinal frame.
- Connection by smooth rectangular suction and discharge flanges.
- In-line suction and discharge (horizontal version) or top discharge (vertical version).
- Two transverse omegas ensure the rigidity of the assembly and allow the passage of slings for lifting.
Transmission
- Transmission-motor assembly mounted inside the box.
- Driven by trapezoidal belts and pulleys with 1 to 5 grooves (depending on the power of the engine).
- Standard engine access on the left (air direction), on the right on request.
Filtration as accessory
- FIGR G4 Coarse 70 Pleated Filters%,
- FIFI M5 ePM10 50 pleated filters%,
- FIFI F7 ePM1 55 mini-pleat filters%.
Motorization
- Motor mounted on slide plate for belt tension adjustment.
- B3 foot-operated AC motors, IP55 class F. Integrated PTO thermal protection to be connected:
- 1 speed single phase 230V, 50Hz, 2 or 4 poles.
- 1 speed three-phase 230/400V, 50Hz P ≤ 7.5 kW, 2, 4, 6 or 8 poles IE2, IE3.
- 1 speed three-phase 400/690V, 50Hz P > 7.5 kW, 2, 4, 6 or 8 poles IE3.
- 2-speed three-phase 400V, 50Hz, 2/4, 4/8 and 6/12 poles. Dalhander, 4/6 and 6/8 independent windings.
- 1-speed three-phase AC motors. Compatible with frequency converter, range 15 to 50Hz.
- 60Hz single-phase or three-phase power supply: contact us.
