Construction
- Box made of Z275 galvanized steel sheet equipped with 4 fixing brackets.
- Access to the filter and fan by unscrewing the cover.
- The filter is blocked when screwing the cover.
- Housing for G4, M5 or F7 filter (accessories).
- Circular connection with class D sealing gaskets.
- Double-inlet action fan with integrated motor.
- INTZ : padlockable proximity switch with mounted/wired position feedback.
- BDEZ : pressure switch fitted, not air-connected, to be adjusted on site.
Insulation
- IS version : acoustic and thermal insulation in 10 mm B-s2,d0 or M1 polyethylene foam.
- DB version : reinforced acoustic and thermal insulation in 50 mm rock wool, density 50 kg/m3, covered with a woven high-speed fleece, fire classification A2-s1, d0 or M0.
Motorization
- ECM type engine electronically switched, very high controllable efficiency:
- Thermal protection managed by electronics with automatic reset.
- Min/max air temperature: -20°C/+40°C.
- Size 07 to 15 : IP44 motor, single-phase 230V, 50-60Hz, class B.
- Size 28 : IP54 motor, single-phase 230V, 50-60Hz, class B.
- Size 40 and 45 : IP54 motor, three-phase 400V, 50-60Hz, class B.
Filtration as accessory
- Classification according to EN 779 and ISO 16890:
- FIGR G4 Coarse 70 Pleated Filters%.
- FIFI M5 ePM10 50 pleated filters%.
- FIFI F7 ePM1 55 mini-pleat filters%.
