Application
Compartmentalization of ERP (Establishments Receiving the Public) and IGH (High-Rise Buildings).
Self-controlled or remote-controlled Actuated Safety Devices (ASD), intended to restore the fire resistance characteristics of walls or floors crossed by a conduit in the event of fire and to isolate the damaged area.
Use inside buildings.
Can be mounted in any position (horizontal or vertical blade axis).
Range of dampers that can be installed at a distance less than the minimum imposed by the European test standard and can be installed on a horizontal or vertical wall (50 mm for rectangular dampers).

Description

Selection of flaps and shutters

Description
- Dimensions width x height from 200 x 100 mm to 800 x 600 mm in steps of 50 mm as standard. Custom dimensions: contact us.
- Very low pressure loss (25 mm thin movable blade with sealing gasket).
- ATC 3 (C) waterproofing class according to EN 1751 as standard across the entire range.
- Control mechanism completely outside the wall.
- Intumescent seal.
- Positioning plate, facilitates assembly (CULT recessed version).
- Frame for surface mounting (CULT 1S surface version).
- 20 mm frame for connection to ducts fitted with flanges (the 4 corners are fitted with Ø8.5 x 16 mm elliptical holes).
- Galvanized steel tunnel, extended tunnel version length 500 mm: contact us.
- Automatic closing of the valve as soon as the temperature in the duct exceeds 72°C (72° thermal fuse).
- Manual valve reset
- Integrated start and end of travel contact (MFUS FDCU).
BOBI: self-controlled + remote-controlled + scalable mechanism
- Automatic closing of the valve as soon as the temperature in the duct exceeds 72°C (72° thermal fuse).
- Closing using a current-release coil (BOBI VM 24/48 FDCB) or current-break coil (BOBI VD 24/48 FDCB) at 24 or 48V.
- Equipped as standard with bipolar end and start of travel contacts.
- Manual resetting of the valve.
- Remote reset possible on site with the addition of the ME BOBI Kit.
BOBI ME: self-controlled + remote-controlled + motorized mechanism
- Same as remote controlled Bobi.
- Remote reset via the integrated motor (BOBI VD FDCB ME or BOBI VM FDCB ME).
UNIQ META: self-controlled + remote-controlled + motorized mechanism
- Automatic closing of the valve as soon as the temperature in the duct exceeds 72°C (72° thermal fuse).
- Closing using a current-release coil (VD) or current-break coil (VM) at 24 or 48V voltage.
- Supplied as standard in VM. Switch to VD by removing a switch.
- Equipped as standard with bipolar end and start of travel contacts.
- For testing, “manual” rearmament via a motor powered by a 9V battery included (20 rearmaments / 2 years).
- Remote reset via the integrated motor.
