Application

Water terminal batteries allow the air to be heated or cooled over all or part of a blowing network.
Connection by fitting onto a circular duct, onto a branch or onto an entire installation as a blower box accessory.

CWWC: hot water supply, circular connection Ø 100 to 500 mm, flow rate up to 3,500 m3/h, 15 sizes in single-skin version or 13 sizes in double-skin version insulated with 50 mm mineral wool.
CWKC: cold or hot water supply for reversible use, circular connection Ø 100 to 400 mm, flow rate up to 2,700 m3/h, 7 sizes in single-skin version or 6 sizes in double-skin version insulated with 50 mm mineral wool.

CWWC (hot water)
  • Sheet metal box Magnelis® ZM 310, for corrosion class environments C5.
  • Removable panel for full access for battery maintenance and decontamination.
  • Circular connection taps with class C joints.
  • 2 or 3 row copper tube exchanger, 2.5 mm pitch aluminum fins, maximum pressure 1,000 kPa, maximum temperature 150°C.
  • Smooth connecting tubes: 40 mm to be brazed.
  • Mounting in horizontal or vertical duct.
  • Waterproofing class D according to the standard EN 15727.
  • Version with double-skin insulation of 50 mm mineral wool (except size 100): Inspection hatch for checking and cleaning.

CWKC (cold and hot water if reversible)
  • Sheet metal box Magnelis® ZM 310, for corrosion class environments C5. Insulation with closed-cell polyolefin foam.
  • Removable panel for full access for battery maintenance and decontamination.
  • Circular connection taps with class C joints.
  • 3-row copper tube exchanger, 2.5 mm pitch aluminum fins, maximum pressure 1,000 kPa, maximum temperature 150°C.
  • Recommendation: connection by quick olive-type connector.
  • Stainless steel condensate collection tray.
  • Two condensate drains to choose from depending on the air flow direction - 1/2'' gas connection.
  • Smooth connecting tubes on the left discharge face in the air direction: 40 mm to be brazed.
  • Horizontal duct mounting.
  • Waterproofing class D according to the standard EN 15727.
  • Insulation on the 3 non-accessible sides with 9 mm of cross-linked polyolefin foam.
  • Version with double-skin insulation of 50 mm mineral wool (except size 100): Inspection hatch for checking and cleaning.

Cooling coils: lateral evacuation of condensates 1/2" gas thread
