Single back-to-back or double central.
Monoblock modules of length 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 mm.
Hoods longer than 3000 mm made up of monobloc modules without intermediate flange, ensuring visual and functional continuity.
Extensions of depth 1250, 1500 or 1750 mm.
Central hoods formed by back-to-back assembly of 2 back-to-back hoods with partitions.
Height 500 mm.

  • Hood with vertical sides, entirely made of austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) brushed finish grain 220.
  • Constant height offering a large retention volume.
  • Bent, welded and polished angles at the bottom, ensuring great rigidity and perfect sealing.
  • Hood upper fixing system designed without any element passing through the extraction plenum in order to guarantee perfect sealing and cleanability.
  • Lower peripheral gutters 50 mm wide, 25 mm high with crushed folds and polished welded angles allowing the collection of condensates and easy and safe cleaning.
  • Lower face of the extraction sensor welded in the angles ensuring a large grease retention capacity, equipped with a 3/4 ”gas threaded drain and stainless steel plug. Crimped purge system, without roughness and without seal, guaranteeing cleanability and constant tightness over time.
  • All stainless steel impact filters, flame arrestor, compliant with standard NF EN 16282-6.
  • Lockable guillotine damper integrated into each extraction nozzle.
  • Isolated supply chamber integrating a balancing register on each connection comprising:
    • Internal face fitted with a calibrated lip that generates the inductive air curtain: induction flow rate: between 60 and 100 m3/ h / linear m.
    • Perforated front face for the NOVAX CONFORT 90/10 model: compensation flow rate up to 1200 m3/ h / linear m for h = 500 - ΔP = 60 Pa.
