The sales administration department at the heart of the logistics organization
- Our sales team is made up of 20 technical sales representatives spread across the country.
- Thanks to their solid experience in climatic engineering, they are at your side to inform you, advise you, make offers adapted to your projects and monitor the smooth running of your projects.
- They are assisted by 12 sedentary technical sales representatives also available to carry out selections, quotes or collective CMV studies, for example.
- 4 sales assistants, also based in the regions, support the sales system. They process and transmit your orders and send you any document or information that you could not download from our website.
- The entire sales team is in permanent coordination with the ADV and after-sales service.
Advice on installation, commissioning services, after-sales service and sales of spare parts
- The sales administration is based at the head office, in close collaboration with the purchasing, production and shipping departments. It informs you directly of the availability of products, sends acknowledgments of receipt, follows up on orders and deliveries.
- For practical questions related to installation, organizing product returns and replacement or defining spare parts, a team of 5 people is at your service.
- It relies on national networks of service providers to ensure the commissioning or repair of our equipment.
