- KSTA: main module including as standard an M5 filter (ePM10 75%) mini-ply, or M5 + F7 (ePM1 55%) HPE (High Energy Performance) optional miniplis, a hot water coil 2, 3 or 4 rows, or reversible or cold water 4 rows, a ventilation unit.
- KSTV: main module comprising a filter, a ventilation group.
- Additional modules: heating, cooling, mixing, filtration, acoustics ...
- 6 wheel sizes: 7/9/10/12/15/18.
- Horizontal or vertical discharge.
- 2 versions: bare or insulated double skin 25 mm.
- 2 functions for the KSTA-KSTV (* isolated version):
- Standard.
- Regulation on water and 1 speed: CORRIGO KSTA-KSTV *.
- Standard.
Construction
- Galvanized sheet box, self-supporting structure with filter compartment and M5 filter (ePM10 75%) mini ply as standard or M5 + F7 (ePM1 55%) HPE mini-ply optional.
- Hot water or reversible water coil, copper tubes, aluminum fins, stainless steel condensate pan.
- Double inlet fan with galvanized steel impeller.
- Motor-fan assembly mounted on shock absorbers, delivery of the casing separated from the fan by flexible seal.
- Easements to the left in the direction of the air, to the right on request.
- Supplied with 4 longitudinal fixing feet.
- Connection of the modules by clamps type clamps.
- Insulation 25 mm glass wool M0.
Motorization
- Foot-mounted motor B3, IP55, class F, with integrated thermal protection with normally closed contact (PTO). Motor to be chosen according to the operating point of the fan in the MOT motor range:
- 1 speed three-phase 4 poles 230/400 V, 50Hz IE1, IE2 or IE3,
- 2 three-phase speeds 4/6 or 4/8 poles 400 V, 50Hz.
- Single-phase motor class F 230 V, 50Hz possible: contact us.
Regulation
- KSTA units can be fitted with a CORRIGO KSTA mounted / wired control system (see table on next page). Available only on isolated version units.
- Modbus RTU communicating regulation on RS485 or Modbus TCP / IP port, BACnet IP or MSTP, webserver application integrated on TCP / IP port.
