Single-extraction hood: 1000, 1250, 1500 and 1750 mm projection with extraction through filters above the oven door.
Double suction hood: 1500 and 1750 mm projection with suction via filters on both sides.
Single-block modules of length 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 mm.
Height 400, 500 mm.
Dimensions and finishes identical to the models: CHEF, CONFORT, LAVERIE and INDUCT from the VORAX range®.
Hood
Double suction hood: 1500 and 1750 mm projection with suction via filters on both sides.
Single-block modules of length 1000, 1500, 2000, 2500 and 3000 mm.
Height 400, 500 mm.
Dimensions and finishes identical to the models: CHEF, CONFORT, LAVERIE and INDUCT from the VORAX range®.
Hood
- Constant height hood for maximum storage volume.
- Standard galvanized media filters, M0 stainless steel frame 397x472x25 mm.
- Self-supporting construction with no visible fixings or sharp edges for cleaning without the risk of cuts.
- Lateral reinforcements, in 15/10 galvanized steelth height 50 mm, integrated into the hood, ensuring the rigidity of the assembly.
- Leveling adjustment from inside the hood and clip-on fixing covers.
- Gussets at the end of the sensor for a rigid junction between 2 modules while allowing a large air passage.
- 4 visible faces in austenitic stainless steel AISI 304L (1.4307) brushed SB finish allowing reverse assembly.
- Upper face in galvanized steel.
- Cheeks without any visible marks such as rivets and studs.
- Peripheral gutter.
- Stainless steel purge organ and cap - 1/2” Gas thread.
- Packed in a clear crate under heat-shrink film.
- Stainless steel exterior faces protected by PVC film.
