VORAX® VISION
- Modular assembly composed of:
- Rigid extraction sensors 300 mm high.
- Visible part in AISI 304 stainless steel with SB brushed finish.
- Top sheet in galvanized steel.
- Internal condensate recovery gutter welded at the end (reinforced sealing) fitted with a ½˝ gas threaded purge device.
- Galvanized steel connection gusset (end) th. 10/10th.
- All stainless steel shock filter 247 mm x 472 mm th. 25 mm.
- Flat ceiling between collector:
- Austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) brushed finish SB.
- Continuous ceiling: alternating edge to edge of lighting support plates and neutral plates of 472 mm. Depending on the length of the hoods, ½ 236 mm plates used at the ends.
- Insulation of lighting plates and neutral plates to prevent condensation.
- 6W LED spot lighting
- 1750 depth projection: 1 spot per meter.
- Extension of depth 2000 and more: 2 spots per meter.
- Lighting layout designed for an average lighting level of 500 Lux minimum in the work area.
- Double skinned cheeks at the ends:
- Allows the enclosure volume to be closed and two types of installation (recessed or wall-mounted).
- Austenitic stainless steel AISI 304 (1.4301) brushed finish SB.
- Height 300 mm width 35 mm.
- Mounting cross member (2 per module):
- Ensures the distance between the extraction sensors.
- Rigid cross member in galvanized steel th. 2 mm, height 44 mm.
- Drilled for fixing on the extraction sensors and passage of threaded rods.
VORAX® VISION CONFORT 2-sided diffusion
- 140 mm wide supply chamber along the extraction sensors, internally insulated to prevent condensation (10 mm thick, M1 classified).
- Access to the pressure chamber by inspection hatch: ease of assembly and maintenance.
- Front panel with double perforation level for horizontal low speed compensation.
VORAX® VISION CONFORT 4-sided diffusion
- Longitudinal discharge chamber, 140 mm wide, identical to VORAX® VISION comfort 2 sides.
- Lateral supply cheeks, 400 mm wide, with air curtain: low vertical speed diffusion in the lower part to improve the confinement.
