Applications:

Gradual speed control of a 1-speed, three-phase, 230/400V or 400/690V asynchronous motor.

Constant pressure regulation of a ventilation unit with the addition of the VCHV regulator or an external pressure sensor on VFTM only.

230V single-phase drive power supply, 230V three-phase output:

VFTE: 6 models from 0.18 to 2.2kW.
VFTM Mono: 7 models from 0.18 to 2.2kW.

400V three-phase drive power supply, three-phase 400V output:

VFTM Tri: 17 models from 0.37 to 45kW.

Description

Frequency converter for three-phase squirrel-cage asynchronous motor (15 to 50Hz).
VFTE and VFTM Mono: 230V 50 / 60Hz single-phase drive power supply + earth, 230V three-phase motor output.
VFTM Tri: three-phase drive power supply 400V 50 / 60Hz + earth, three-phase motor output 400V.
Start / stop + output frequency adjustment by front control; remote control option for piloting from another room.
Front display: access to parameters and indication of states and faults.
Configurable inputs and outputs:
- 1 analog input: 0-10Vdc, or 4-20mA signal.
- 1 analog output: 0-10Vdc, or 4-20mA signal.
- Programmable logic inputs (start / stop, forced start preset speed).
- Programmable relay outputs (fault detected, running active, gas solenoid valve control): VFTE = 1 output; VFTM = 2 outputs.
Integrated PI regulator.
Integrated overload and short-circuit protection (configurable).
Compatible with all TT, TN and IT neutral systems (integrated RFI / EMC filter can be disconnected).
Protection index: VFTE = IP20; VFTM = IP20 or 21 depending on rating.
Integrated Modbus communication.
Operating environment -10 to + 40 ° C (at 8kHz); other values consult us.
Constant pressure operation: VIM recommends associating the VCHV pressure regulator with the VFTM or VFTE: simplified installation, adjustment and use, clear display of the setpoint and the measurement.
These drives have an IE2 efficiency level making it possible to comply with the ERP regulation for electric motors and variable speed drives N ° 1781/2019 applicable since 07/01/2021.
