- EXD: right-hand servitude,
- EXG: easement on the left.
- Regulation by integrated CORRIGO PLC specific to VIM .
- Communicating Modbus RTU on RS485 or Modbus TCP / IP port, BACnet IP or MSTP, integrated webserver application on TCP / IP port.
- ETD remote touch control.
- Reverse mounting for ceiling mounting possible in all configurations.
- Vertical ascending air flow mounting possible for versions with hot water or electric coils.
- Self-supporting structure in 50 mm double skin panels.
- Insulation by mineral rock wool th. 50 mm, density 40 kg / m3.
- Thermal conductivity 0.037 W / (mk) (20/80 ° C).
- Fire classification A1 according to standard EN 13 501.1.
- Easements to the right or left in the direction of the air.
- Interior and exterior finish in Z275 galvanized steel.
- Line construction, rectangular connections. Optional circular connections with class D sealing gaskets.
- Size 08 -38: 4 suspension / fixing brackets supplied. Secure access cover when the cabinet is attached upside down.
- Size 52: 3-part cover with removable handles. Access through side and top panels for filters.
Filtration
- Filters supplied as standard: M5 mini-fold filters (ePM10 75%).
- Filters available as an option:
- Miniplis F7 (ePM1 55%)
- M5 + F7 (ePM10 75% + ePM1 55%), M5 + F9 (ePM10 75% + ePM1 80%)
Regulation:
- IP55 reinforced polycarbonate enclosure.
- CORRIGO control mounted / wired, integrated into the unit with remote touch control, allowing 3 operating modes:
FLOW SETTINGS RECOMMENDED APPLICATIONS VAV MODE - VARIABLE FLOW RATE Variable fan speed - Flow rate depending on a 0-10 V signal from the extraction, from the remote control, from an external sensor (CO2, temperature, hygrometry...) or from a remote control (On/Off + variation). - Compensation linked to a kitchen extraction.
- Single zone installations, requiring an adaptation of the ventilation according to the occupation.CAV MODE - CONSTANT FLOW Fan speed defined according to a precise flow rate - Manual input (m3/h) of 2 flow rate setpoints type 0-PV-GV. Manual operation or on a time schedule.
- Visualization of the values on the display, manual switching, by clock or external contact.- Installations requiring the control of one or more precise flow rates. COP MODE - CONSTANT PRESSURE Automatic variation of the fan speed to maintain a constant pressure - Constant pressure value measured by an external sensor (option) located in the supply duct network. - Multi-zone installations, associated with a modulation of the terminal flows.
KSCR delivered in CAV mode, without accessories.
Motorization:
- Freewheel type jet fan combined with an ECM electronically commutated motor.
- Single-phase or three-phase motor with thermal protection managed by electronics, control by 0-10V or ModBus:
- KSCR 08/18: Mono 230V (200-277V), 50 / 60Hz, IP44, class B.
- KSCR 28: Mono 230V (200-277V), 50 / 60Hz, IP 54, class B.
- KSCR 38/52: Tri 400V (380-480V), 50 / 60Hz, IP 54, class B.
Electric batteries (EI models):
- 304L stainless steel resistors.
- Safety thermostats: one thermostat with automatic reset, one thermostat with manual reset.
- Pulse train control.
- The 48KW battery of the KSCR 52 has a separate power supply with its safety switch.
- 3-row coil, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes.
- Connection to the right or left in the direction of air circulation.
- Frost protection by contact probe,
- Battery (s) mounted on slide accessible by side hatch.
- Stainless steel condensate pan and droplet separator if reversible.
- Motorized 3-way valve (24V) proportional by signal (0-10V) supplied, not fitted.
- 4-row coil, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes.
- Connection to the right or left in the direction of air circulation.
- Battery (s) mounted on slide accessible by side hatch.
- Stainless steel condensate pan and droplet separator.
- Motorized 3-way valve (24V) proportional by signal (0-10V) supplied, not fitted.
