Application
VMC for collective and tertiary housing.
Extraction of fumes and hot gases in the event of fire.
Extraction of stale air from tertiary and industrial premises.
Extraction of pollutants in professional kitchens.
Installation in all positions and connection on all sides, except with vertical motor axis and motor at the bottom.
Air extraction up to 120°C continuously, ECM motor at -10°C + 40°C max.
In the current state of the standard, this range cannot be associated with an NF certified relay box.

Construction
- Interchangeable Z275 galvanized steel sheet panels.

- ECM motor, class F, three-phase with remote IP55 controller:
- Single-phase 230V 50/60Hz power supply controller for sizes 355 to 450.
- Three-phase power supply controller 400V 50/60Hz for sizes 500 to 710.
- Thermal protection integrated into the controller.

Flow or pressure display
- VAV display of the measured flow rate in m3/h. Accuracy ±2.5%.

- COP display of the measured pressure in Pa. Accuracy ±2.5%.
Smoke extraction operation
- The KUBAIR® F400 ECOWATT is approved for the extraction of hot gases and fumes in the event of a fire. This operating mode is automatic and does not require any settings: in the event of gas extraction at a temperature > 200°C, the box will automatically switch to GV with its internal thermal protections inhibited.
- The smoke extraction mode can also be triggered manually with a BDRA type control box.
- CAV/VAV/COP modes are no longer supported.
Factory-fitted and approved F400 120 electrical equipment:
- C1-CR1 cable protected by flexible external sheath (excellent UV resistance).
- INTZ : padlockable proximity switch with 2 auxiliary contacts (1 NO and 1 NC).
- PTHV-A : Pressure transmitter with flow or pressure display. It displays the flow rate in VAV control.
- VCHV-A : Pressure or flow regulator for COP and CAV regulation with display.
