Construction

- Convergent/divergent type suction horn for aeraulic optimization and increased turret efficiency, with reduced noise levels.
- Direct coupling on the motor shaft.

- Plate, arm and motor support in galvanized steel.

- Arm covers in pre-painted sheet metal, gray RAL 7024:
- Neat finish of the turret.
- Easy disassembly to access turret mounting points.
- Protective mesh in pre-painted galvanized steel sheet RAL 7024 gray. Meshes conforming to standard NF EN ISO 12499.
- ABS PMMA cap, grey RAL 7024:
- Valuable aesthetics.
- Motor and display protection.
- Excellent resistance to UV rays and bad weather.
- Very good impact resistance.
- Vertical discharge version: addition of 3 deflectors in RAL 7024 pre-painted sheet metal delivered factory-assembled (TEDV F400 ECOWATT model) or available as a kit for on-site assembly (KRVT).
- The RAL 7024 grey pre-painted sheet metal is in the atmospheric corrosivity category C5 according to NF EN ISO 12944-2.
Motorization
- ECM motor, class F, with remote IP55 controller:
- Single-phase 230V 50/60Hz power supply controller for sizes 355 to 450.
- Three-phase 400V 50/60Hz power supply controller for sizes 500 to 710.
- Thermal protection integrated into the controller.
Communication
- ModBus RTU in RS485 port.
ETDZ Remote control
- IP21 touch ModBus control, 3m RJ12 cable supplied.
- M/A function.
- 0-10V speed control in VAV mode.
- Display of the setpoint and rotation speed.
- Display of consumption and faults.
- Shockproof case with magnetic attachment provided.
Flow or pressure display
- VAV display of the measured flow rate in m3/h. Accuracy ±2.5%.
- CAV display of the measured flow rate in m3/h. Accuracy ±2.5%.
- COP display of the measured pressure in Pa. Accuracy ±2.5%.
Smoke extraction operation
- The TED F400 ECOWATT is approved for the extraction of hot gases and fumes in the event of a fire. This operating mode is automatic and does not require any settings: in the event of gas extraction at a temperature > 200°C, the turret will automatically switch to GV with its internal thermal protections inhibited.
- The smoke extraction mode can also be triggered manually with a BDRA type control box.
- CAV/VAV/COP modes are no longer supported.
Factory-fitted and approved F400 120 electrical equipment:
- C1-CR1 cable protected by flexible external sheath (excellent UV resistance).
- INTZ : padlockable proximity switch, with 2 auxiliary contacts (1 NO and 1 NC), visibility of the rotary button only and increased protection against bad weather.
- PTHV-A : pressure transmitter with visible flow or pressure display. Integrated under the cap, it displays the flow rate in VAV control.
- VCHV-A : pressure or flow regulator for COP or CAV regulation with display, integrated under the cap.
F400 120 approved mounting accessories
- TCDZ 01 to 09, SILS silencer, POPM blanking plate, KRVT vertical kit.
- TCDZ 12 : pressure relief shutter in pre-painted steel RAL 7024 C5. Ensures good air and water tightness when the turret is stopped. Option supplied mounted on the TEDV ranges - Provide as many TCDZ 12 as there are discharge faces.
- TCDZ 14 : pressure relief shutter in pre-painted steel RAL 7024 C5. Ensures good air and water tightness when the turret is stopped. Accessories to be mounted on the TEDV ranges already delivered - Provide as many TCDZ 14 as there are discharge faces.
- TCDZ 15 : pressure relief flap + vertical deflector in pre-painted steel RAL 7024 C5. Ensures good air and water tightness when the turret is stopped. Accessories to be mounted on the TEDH ranges already delivered - Provide as many TCDZ 15 as there are discharge faces.
- POPM : RAL 7024 C5 pre-painted steel blanking plate with one rejection face for TEDH for installation of the turret near a wall (or an obstacle to gas evacuation), or in a corner or between 2 other turrets with 2 POPM. Allows significant space saving and avoids the rejection of air and dirt directly onto the wall.
- Laboratory tests have verified that the vertical discharge kit and the one-sided blanking plate have no impact on the aeraulic, acoustic and electrical performance of the turret.
