Galvanized sheet steel reaction freewheel fan with integrated ECM motor.

KSDR 120: integrated damper with all-or-nothing servomotor in the box between the filtration and the coils, for anti-freeze and / or anti-fire function CH 38 ERP. Optional damper for EI size 120 models.

Filtration:

Standard filters: M5 mini-fold filters (ePM10 ≥75%).

Regulation:

CORRIGO mounted / wired control, integrated into the unit in a dedicated compartment, with remote touch control, allowing 3 operating modes:

Motorization:

Freewheel type jet fan combined with an ECM electronically commutated motor.
Single-phase or three-phase motor with thermal protection managed by electronics, control by 0-10V or ModBus:
- KSDR 48: Tri 400 V, 50 / 60Hz, IP54, class B.
- KSDR 88/120: Tri 400 V, 50 / 60Hz, IP54, class F.

EI electric batteries:

304L stainless steel resistors.
Safety thermostats: automatic reset at 55 ° C, manual reset at 85 ° C.
Pulse train control.
Load shedding control possible according to the characteristics of the battery.

Hot water coils / reversible EC / ECF / ER / ERC:

Coil 2, 3, 4, 6 or 8 rows according to models, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes. Exit at the top of the collectors for full access (sizes 120 to 200).
Connection to the right or left in the direction of air circulation.
Frost protection by contact probe,
Battery (s) mounted on slide accessible by side hatch.
Stainless steel condensate pan and droplet separator if reversible.
Motorized 3-way valve (24V) proportional by signal (0-10V), optional, not fitted.

EF / ECF cold water coils:

3 or 4 row coil depending on the model, with copper tubes, aluminum fins on a galvanized steel frame; threaded connecting tubes. Exit at the top of the collectors for full access (sizes 120 and 200).

Direct expansion coil (EX) - (sizes 48 to 120) and EIX electric coil and direct expansion (sizes 48 and 88):

Reversible coil 1 or 2 circuits on 2 or 3 rows for operation in condenser or evaporator.
Copper tubes and collectors, aluminum fins, galvanized steel frame.
Stainless steel condensate collection tray and droplet separator.
The direct expansion unit is controlled by the 0-10V proportional hot or cold signal from the Corrigo. An input to signal the defrost of the direct expansion unit is provided on the Corrigo, to slow down ventilation. DX kit required to interface between the DX group and the air handling unit - Kit not supplied.
EIX version: direct expansion coil preheating with independent and independent electric coil from Corrigo - 36kW in size 48 and 60kW in size 88. Adjustable set point.
Regulation in COP mode not available with a direct expansion coil.
